This is a full time salaried position requiring 45-50 hours per week including closing shifts.
We are seeking a friendly, charismatic individual with excellent hospitality skills, a passion for guest satisfaction and a knowledge of P&L, food and labor cost controls and some bookkeeping.
Manager candidates should be well versed in all aspects of the restaurant business with an exceptional track record in people management.

Schedule - We are open 7 days a week and, with a few exceptions, only open for dinner. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas to give our ohana members an opportunity to spend time with friends and family. Ohana members must be flexible to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
