Job Duties
Facility Management
? Manage activities of facility and maintenance staff
? Ensure property development and maintenance according to accepted business practices and ensures compliance with City, County and State ordinances and regulations, this includes but is not limited to OSHA, Fire Department, Code Enforcement agencies
? Review property performance against operating plans and standards
? Plan, organize and orchestrate construction/building improvement projects and supervise sub-contractors
? Hold sanitation and safety training meetings monthly with all maintenance personnel
? Supervise maintenance technician regarding upkeep of production floor layout, setting structure, power and communication lines, racking systems, floor plans, etc.
? Oversee equipment maintenance with input from warehouse and production supervisor/manager to minimize production disruptions, equipment failure, downtime and unsafe work conditions

Industrial Engineering/Operations Management
? Evaluate, establish and improve work systems by analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, work flow and operational data (including production costs, process flow and schedules) to determine efficient use of workers, equipment and property
? Manage all aspects of manufacturing initiatives including workplace organization, standardized workflow and process improvements
? Collaborate with management and other departments to drive and recommend methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce materials waste
? Apply engineering principles to develop new production processes as needed to ensure safe and efficient operations
? Evaluate and help resolve production problems
? Assist with overseeing production imprint capabilities

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree with seven to ten years of experience with increasing managerial responsibility in property management
? Annual participation in one formal training program in regulatory compliance issues/updates
? Strong industrial engineering background with previous product imprint methodologies and production experience a strong plus
? Bilingual (English/Mandarin) an extra plus
