? Manages the day-to-day postings and conversations across social properties (to include but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and YouTube).
? Generates buzz through viral marketing initiatives as well as drive external link development.
? Monitors and moderates community participation to ensure rules of engagement and community guidelines are followed. Reviews posts/potential complaints containing watchwords for context and forward to internal resources if necessary.
? Posts and promotes interactive content that encourages participation and the development of fan-generated content to ensure that the community is actively engaged and meeting objectives.
? Stays up to date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them, so that the company can continue to be an early adopter of these technologies.
? Build, protect, grow, and share the company brand.

The ideal candidate must have experience and a deep passion for social and emerging media. He/she must also enjoy sales and the sales process. . The Specialist must also have superb communications skills, including a writing background that includes blogging, tweeting, posting, etc. Experience in the MLM industry highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
? Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field, and a minimum of
? 1-2 years' experience in social/new media.
? Must be a team player and have the ability to foster excellent internal and external working relationships.
? Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of energy.
? Is self-motivated, flexible, resourceful, and develops solutions in a high stress, deadline-oriented environment.
? Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
