We make applications that provide the best-in-class tools for working with PDF files. Our commercial software is based on Microsoft technologies, particularly C# and .NET. The applications we develop place a heavy emphasis on user interface and interactive graphical functionality built for the exacting needs of the architecture, engineering and construction fields.

We are looking for a Web Developer with solid experience developing ASP.NET/C# & SQL Server based applications.

Our environment is fast-paced, having product delivery cycles measured in months rather than years. You will not be given a 300 page specification and told to “implement this.” Instead, you will be given a general task, and it is up to you to design, validate, implement and test. If something you worked on doesn’t work, it’s your responsibility to find a solution.

We are a proactive, positive, tight-knit team with a great sense of humor and passion for our work. Our next team member needs to exhibit these qualities as well as meet the following requirements:

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree or higher - Computer Science or equivalent field.
? Proven Web application Development in utilizing ASP.NET, C# and MS SQL Server.
? LINQ experience a plus.
? Up to speed on general web technologies including (javascript, css, HTML5).
? Experience using OO methodologies in designing software solutions.
? Ability to work well with end users to discover requirements and implement solutions that will make getting their work done easier.
? Sharp critical thinking skills, including systems and business analysis, problem analysis and resolution, and sound judgment/decision making ability. Be prepared to give specific examples of this skill.
? Proven ability to work in a rapid release product environment.
? Know how to interact in a professional environment. Be able to contribute to technical discussions in a non-overbearing manner. Be able to see shades of grey instead of black or white when presented with an issue
