We are presently looking for polished, enthusiastic, and well-networked individuals who are fearless when delivering impeccable customer service at a position of Store Manager/ Event Planning in Simi Valley, Ca.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
hiring & training of new employees, maintaining a professional and courteous store front and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, you will be spear heading our expansion efforts in the California market through coordination of Home Gold Parties and Corporate Events.
Previous management experience in Outside Sales, Retail, Restaurant, Jewelry, Coin Collecting or Customer Service Management is a benefit (prior experience at Home Gold buying parties is a plus). You must be computer literate and have excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of CRM sales software is a big plus.
