This employee will be an important member of a team dedicated to providing the finest customer service to our clients.
The successful candidate must have a property & casualty insurance license with at least 2 years of insurance retail brokerage experience working with a variety of commercial accounts and will be responsible for all aspects of account management. This includes (but is not limited to) responding to day-to-day service needs of clients; all aspects of new and renewal business processing (completion of applications and preparing submissions for marketing, follow up with carriers for quotes, prepare proposals, premium comparisons, etc.); invoicing and regular review of account receivables; reviewing and checking policies for accuracy; processing policy changes/endorsements for clients; and assisting the certificate desk as necessary. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is energetic, a self-starter, customer service oriented, articulate, has a desire to grow and learn the exciting world of entertainment insurance.
