? Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related disciplined course.
? Minimum one (1) year experience in HRD under Recruitment Section.
? Familiar with the basics of head hunting and manpower pooling.
? Office experience including manpower screening, assessment and applicant follow-ups.
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional, Outlook, and Web based system.
? Result oriented and ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy in a multi-tasking environment.
? Excellent organizational skills and straight forward.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Background in medical field would be an advantage.
? Marketing experience is a plus.
? Willing to work nights and weekends
