About Us: LAsportsfan Tickets is a local ticket broker that sells tickets online, over the phone, and in person to sports, concert, and theater events here in Southern California and around the nation. We currently have an office in Downtown LA just one block away from Staples Center. We have been in business since 2001, and are in the process of expanding our team.

Requirements: Candidate must be comfortable communicating with potential customers both over the phone and in person. Candidate must also be comfortable on a computer as they will need to browse the web and our point-of-sale program for ticket pricing and inventory information.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Answering incoming phone calls and sales inquiries.
- Making sales calls and/or emails to past customers.
- In-Person sales and customer service.
- Listing available tickets into our inventory.
- Following up with customers.

We Want Someone Who:
- Has great communicational skills in person and over the phone.
- Is reliable and punctual.
- Is well-organized.
- Can work independently.
- Isn't easily distracted and can multi-task efficiently.
- Can effectively use a computer to call up or record information as necessary.
- Is a sports and/or concert fan that will be comfortable talking about these events to potential ticket buyers.

* Previous sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.

Days/Hours:
Work Hours: Hours vary as we are open 7 days a week
Position Details: This is a full time job, 40+ hours per week and includes working weekends.
Salary: Commensurate with applicant's capabilities.
