We are seeking 6-8 customer service professionals to support a special project launching on July 02nd.
The assignment will range from 3 to 6 months. 1 or 2 longer-term roles will be awarded with excellent performance!
We are hiring to cover part-time shifts, 6am -- 11am and 11am to 4pm, Monday-Saturday.
The job:
*Answer incoming customer service calls professionally & conversationally
*Communicate policies regarding warranties & satisfaction remedies to consumers
*Accurately enter customer information into our CRM database
What we're looking for:
*2 or more years of customer service experience using the phone and desktop
*Professional verbal / conversational skills
*Internet fluency
*Ability to compose correspondence and update computer records with minimal direction and top-notch accuracy (spelling, composition, punctuation)
*A natural service personality and rapport
*MUST LOVE CATS!
We conduct background and reference checks prior to hire. Training starts the week of June 4th.
