IMT (Integrated Marketing Technology, Inc.), a premier provider of integrated marketing, consulting, and database services currently has a temporary, full-time position available for a highly skilled Assistant Email Campaign Manager based in Burbank, CA. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized analytical professional. The candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting communication and strategies between client departments and vendors.

Position Requirements:

? Experienced and knowledgeable with email campaigns and direct response marketing
? Play a key role in brainstorming, creating, and executing the email marketing strategy in support of the broader global communications strategies and objectives
? Ensure all email campaigns are developed and deployed on time with the highest quality
? Partner with client managers to define campaign goals, identify target audiences, and advise them on format, copy, cost, and schedule
? Assist with email list selections working in tandem with the database team for segmented email campaigns
? Manage relationships with our email marketing partner - both for the email deployment and email creative development
? Manage email creative development process from creative brief through final proof stage with email partner
? Manage and work with the Web Team to ensure that client emails are driving to a proper landing page
? Monitor email campaign results and share performance and testing trends with client in order to continually improve email performance

Experience Requirements:

? At least 3 years direct experience in email campaign management & website project management.
? Bachelors degree, business / marketing preferred
? Proficient in MS Office
? Strong ability to multi-task
? Experienced in Omniture Tagging, Social Media, CRM technologies
? CAN-SPAM compliance proficient
? HTML coding Knowledge
? Entertainment industry &International experience a plus
? Ability to apply and balance creative & analytical thinking to create effective solutions
? Skilled in interpreting business objectives and finding creative / technical solutions in the online / digital space
