We need an operations assistant that is able to handle phone calls, sales calls, and direct job and truck flow.

In order to be the right candidate you must be the following:

a) Extremely detail oriented.
b) Able to multi-task incredibly without allowing issues to fall through.
c) Personable, pleasant and willing to talk to many people each day.
d) Good idea of how long and how far it takes to drive from point A to B.
e) Math oriented, approaching problems analytically, and creating solutions with good with efficiency.
f) Good sense of financial matters.
g) Able to handle pressure situations, and able to make the correct decisions under uncertainty.

Previous dispatch / scheduling / administrative / accounting / sales experience is a plus.
