We represent several financial institutions selling foreclosures, investment companies turning their investments into profits, law firms doing probate & trustee sales, and now we are looking to grow our short sale department.

As you know home values dropped significantly and interest rates have made history breaking records. We are experiencing a market where difficulties turn into opportunities and everyone can benefit. Investors and buyers seeking for good deals, sellers looking for strong buyers willing to pay above top dollar for their homes, but the inventory is limitted .

This is one of the many reasons we have to grow our short sale department, and we need a leader with sales & communication skills. A go getter person, outgoing, creative, team player, with energy to work, willing to go that extra mile to achieve goals.
For this position we offer one on one training, learning material, seminars, tools, and business orientation.

We will provide you with a valuable and unique data, which contains delicate home owners information. Using your customer service skills you will provide brief information about our available programs to the home owner which are free, to get their interest in setting an appointment with one of our agents. You are not require to be a closer , we will work with you as a team to achieve our goals.

While you are working with us we will train you and educate you to succeed in the Real Estate industry. We are not looking for an employee, we are looking for a new team member for our organization willing to accept our support.

Full time and part time positions available. Salary plus commission and quarterly bonuses will be offer.
