We are looking for a 3rd office assistant who is highly reliable, willing to work hard and is able to keep track of the multitude of things that go on at once in our office. We need someone who is committed, motivated, and able to work independently with good problem solving skills. This person needs to be mature, warm, and compassionate in their interactions with the families and their children. Must have excellent phone skills and be able to communicate clearly. Responsibilities include handling constant incoming phone calls, complex scheduling of patients, billing, coding, checking out patients, posting payments, filing, photocopying and scanning along with handling various organizational tasks. Medical front office experience and strong computer skills (Internet, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) are essential.
