We are a rapidly growing Ecommerce business with a variety of sites in search of a high-level Customer Service Representative.

Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

This Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers.

You must be able to deliver world-class customer service on a professional and courteous manner.

Applicant should be willing and flexible to work Weekends, Holidays and Night shifts when required. Saturday shifts are a must.

Availability and willingness to work these hours is a requirement for this position.

A professional demeanor and attention to detail are the two main
responsibilities of the position. The successful candidate will be a
highly motivated and energetic team player capable of handling a high
volume of inbound calls. Will research and resolve order
discrepancies, review order status reports, save customers and take appropriate
action.

Candidates must possess the following:

-Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and a people person with a voice
that sounds clear, friendly and confident!
-Work well in a team based environment
-Superb telephone etiquette
-Ability and willingness to handle high volume of inbound calls
-Ability to handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner,
even billing disputes where the customer may be irate.
-Provide punctual, regular and consistent attendance
-Detail oriented and highly organized
-Basic computer and Internet skills with a minimum 60 wpm
-Be capable of a position that involves multitasking
-Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high volume work environment
-At least 1 year previous experience in an inbound call center
- Sales, Collections and\or Fraud experience a plus
- Call Center Experience is a must
