Description: Manage a team of 8 to 10 Canvassers for the Home Improvement Industry that produce qualified appointments.

We have had a very sucessful canvassing program for many years in LA county we currently are in need of a new supervisor
Qualifications:
? 2 Years Managing a successful canvassing team and mapping territories minimum
? Experience with all duties from recruiting, training, and leading a team
? Computer literate
? High school degree college preferred
? Demonstrated interpersonal, listening and questioning skills
? Customer focused, results oriented; strong work ethic
? Ability to take charge and own the position

Responsibilities:
? Hiring -- interviewing and Terminating poor performers- Based upon Key Metrics
? Planning and running daily meetings
? Training daily
? Set review and monitor goals.
? Tracking Employee hours
? Increase net Demos per hour
? Decrease Scheduled appointment cancelation rate
? Increase retention rate.
? Meet Goals and benchmarks
