Our client is looking to hire an IT Project manager who is a SUPERSTAR, someone who can think out of the box and come up with creative solutions for every problem.

The right candidate will be required to do the following:
- Coordinate, setup and support video conferences sing integrated multimedia equipment
- Set up and maintain a peer to peer network, fiber, wireless routers and A/V for home offices
- Coordinate system setup for the CEO, staff, new hires and relocations
- Manage special projects with other support groups and departments providing strong technical documentation
- Coordinate IT tasks and provide IT support during quarterly board meetings
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies
- Resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues related to Mobile phones (Blacberry, IPhones, PDA) & desktops/laptops
- Set p and support video conferences using integrated multimedia equipment

REQUIREMENTS
- A BA in computer sciences, Business Administration or related field
- Min. 12 years of experience with 7 years of Executive level support -- highly motivated.
- Prior experience setting up and maintaining Executive home offices, including previous experience with Fiber, wireless routes and peer to peer networks, Crestron and Savant Smart Home Systems.
- Must have certification with Apple and Windows.
- Strong understanding of apple, MS Exchange, Networking, Data Centers, Ticketing Systems, Audio Video (Smart Homes). Backups, full managed and documented data center build outs with redundancy and monitoring.
- Comfortable with video conferencing using integrated multimedia equipment
- Programming skills is an asset.
