Full-service mortgage banking firm currently looking to hire an experienced Mortgage Production assistant. The candidate will be involved in assisting in the origination, loan set-up, client follow-up, marketing and monitoring of the residential loan transaction.

Managing and monitoring the transaction process through interfacing with loan processor, real estate professionals, clients, escrow companies, property management companies and title companies.
Acting as a liaison for the Mortgage Banker between Listing Agents, Selling Agents, Escrow, Title and Buyers to promote effective pipeline management, communicate file status, and collect documents when necessary. Order preliminary title reports, open escrow, prepare disclosures and other necessary forms as needed. Follow up on the loan conditions. Assist in various marketing projects. Works well under pressure

Candidate will also provide support in the following areas:

- Customer relations
- Perform data gathering, due diligence of new loan submissions
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Audit/update loan files

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Loan Origination software Calyx Point
- Experience with analyzing income documentation and calculating qualifying income (from 1040's, 1120's, K1's etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
-Tremendous urgency and speed required for fast paced environment, attention to detail necessary
- DRE License is a plus
- Positive attitude a must in a supportive work environment
- Quick thinker, open to learn and take direction
