The role of the Sales Representative is to grow the customer's and our bakery's business at the wholesale, corporate account, and retail level. Through selling, planning, ordering and distribution, as well as effectively managing activities such as merchandising, marketing and pricing, the candidate is performing the Sales Representative role.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Develop complete knowledge of our bakery products, systems, and procedures, including: sales objectives, campaigns and promotions, sales brochures and order guides, sales presentations, sources of product and distribution, and proper merchandising.
? Create sale enablement marketing collateral.
? Order Writing - develop skills in order writing.
? Sell new products and promotions at customer and store level as well as build and maintain long-term relationships.
? Cover open Sales Rep territories or industry verticals as part of development.
? Other duties assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications
? College Degree Preferred.
? A flexible work schedule is required - ability to work occasional weekends and evenings is a must.
? Previous Retail / Sales experience a plus.
? Additional General/Technical Skills Required including proficiency with MS Office Suite
? Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
? Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
? Ability to work independently.
? Problem solving skills.
? Strong planning and organization skills.
? Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
