Our LoopNet office in Glendora is growing an inside sales team! We are currently looking for talented, competitive individuals that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. Your role will include selling LoopNet's core subscription based products and services via telephone.
LoopNet, now part of The CoStar Group, is the leading information services provider and operates the most heavily trafficked commercial real estate marketplace online with more than 5 million registered members and more than 2 million unique monthly visitors as reported by Google Analytics. LoopNet offers a suite of product and services tailored to the national and local needs of the commercial real estate industry and its members can list, search, market and research commercial real estate properties over the internet and now via iPhone and iPad.
Requirements:
? Quota driven sales performers with 3 -- 5 years of lead generating sales experience
? Strong phone presence and experience dialing 80+ outbound calls per day
? Competitive nature and money motivated
? Energetic team player
? Proficient use of the Internet
? Excellent written/verbal communication
? Experience in using a CRM tool (preferably Salesforce)
? Bachelor's degree
