Veterinary Technician/Assistant (Redondo Beach)

More infoWe have a position available for a pair of experienced Veterinary Assistants that work well together for our practice in Redondo Beach. Part-time employment (30-35 hours a week) , 2 shifts; one 9am-3pm, the other 11am-5pm M-Fri with 2 Saturdays a month are available with additional hours required based on demand for services.You must be a team player experienced in the education of clients in the exam room as well as be able to provide technical assistance for treatment and surgery.

Duties may include but are not limited to: animal restraint, administering medication/treatments, radiology, performing basic dental procedures, dispensing Rx, venipuncture, fecal analysis, cystocentesis, client communications and patient discharge and/or: patient check-in/check-out, answering phones, filing, obtaining patient history, scheduling appointments, general cleaning; business promotion and training.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
