CUSTOMER SERVICE - EXPERIENCED IN CONSTRUCTION (Canoga Park)

1) Answering all phone inquiries related to all claims . Handles all inbound calls (Water, Fire, Wind damage, Mold, Board-Up, Pack-Out , Storage & Construction) Responding to customer questions & requests

2) Schedule all type of appointments and entering information into the System

3) Creation and maintenance of customer files in the System including physical folders.

4) Assists the field personnel in completing all required documentations for each jobs.

5) Assist in doing general correspondence & calls with customers, insurance adjusters, sub-contractors and vendors (Email / Fax Preliminary /Final / Amended estimates /Contracts and Change Orders).

6) Schedule & coordination of new and on-going jobs with field technicians, supervisors, sub-contractors, insurance, and accounting personnel.

7) Processing and tracking materials requisitions for the Job and monitoring job status.

8) Other duties to be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must have experienced with Disaster claims (Water, Fire, Mold, Sewage, Board-up)
? Must have experienced working with Insurance claims
? Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
? Must be able to work under minimal guidance and supervision.
? Must be able to follow instructions accurately and willing to assume responsibility.
? Must be able to meet deadlines; multi-task and oversee multiple projects.
? A well organized, self-motivated, problem solver who can work independent &
commitment to excellence and high standards.
? EXPERIENCED IN RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION (PREFERRED)
Skills required:
? Excellent computer, writing, administrative & interpersonal skills
? Excellent skills in MS Office (Word & Excel)
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent customer service skills
