Duties include pruning, mowing, planting, fertilizing, weeding, care of water features, maintenance of irrigation system (changing heads, repairing leaks, adjusting equipment, and operating automatic timer), landscape lighting bulb changing, and other tasks as required to maintain grounds in top condition. Additional duties include cleaning all hardscape, wiping exterior ledges/railings and metal work, storing outdoor furniture cushions/umbrellas, polishing brass, sorting and placing trash out for city collection, and similar tasks.
Job Requirements:
Must have previous experience. Must be able to drive, speak English fluently, and have the legal right to work in the US.
Applicants will be subject to a background and reference check. Driver's license must be clean.
Compensation starts at $13/hr. Work schedule is 40 hours per week.
Six (6) government holidays observed.
