RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
? Design and create new products or improve existing products for the company.
? Lead and manage product development projects related to the National Account channel.
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launch -- including pricing, market position, program scope and delivery need.
? Work with marketing professionals, product development teams design new products to meet the needs of consumers, or alter existing products to make improvements.
? Select materials, equipment and supplies needed to manufacture the product in accordance with financial budgets and required time frames.
? Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning.
? Assist in developing pricing and packaging strategies.
? Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training.
? Assist in developing and manage customer care programs.
? Develop product initiation forms.
? Coordinate efforts through R&D, Sourcing, Package Design, and product development.
REQUIREMENTS
? Must bring existing product development experience.
? Bachelor's Degree required.
? 3-5 years of related experience.
? Ability to prioritize numerous, simultaneous projects and product projects for best results.
? Skills to excel in fast-paced, energetic environment.
? Excellent presentation, oral and overall communication skills, internally and externally.
? Drive to succeed in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
? Speaking Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
