Segment Producer (Studio City)

More infoWe are looking for experienced, hilarious, innovative, creative Segment Producers. This producer
will work closely with multiple field producers to produce multiple segments for a new daily
television series, Dish Nation. The show is hosted by funny radio personalities from around
the country who riff on the latest entertainment news and pop culture. Only confident, driven
and resourceful candidates will be considered for this position. A background in comedy or
entertainment news is preferred.

The right candidate must possess the following qualities:

- Be able to quickly identify the best funny moments from hours of raw footage
- Strong background and sense of comedy.
- An ability to direct and elevate field producer, editors and graphic designers to maximize the
humor of every story.
- Possess quick-thinking and organizational skills in order to meet numerous daily tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing celebrity news environment
- Working in the early hours is a requirement for this position. Shifts begin at 3 AM and 5 AM.
