Operations Manager (Culver CIty)

SHARE! the Self-Help And Recovery Exchange is a non-profit organization that operates two community self-help support group centers in Los Angeles, California: SHARE! Culver City and SHARE! Downtown. Together SHARE! Culver City and SHARE! Downtown currently host over 120 self-help support group (including 12-Step groups) meetings each week.

SHARE!'s Collaborative Housing program is a public-private partnership to provide affordable, permanent, supportive housing to people with disabilities in Southeast Los Angeles. SHARE! The Operation Manager oversees the two part-time Bookkeepers, three full-time Administrative Assistants and a part-time Data Entry Clerk. The Operations Manager reports to the Executive Director.

? Previous experience in operations management
? Previous experience supervising employees
? Demonstrated project management experience
? Strong organization and time management skills and able to prioritize duties
? Demonstrated experience writing and/or developing standard operating procedures
? Attention to detail
? Self-starter who can accomplish projects on a timely basis
? Excellent language skills, including reading, writing, listening and speaking
? Bachelor's Degree or above
? Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. QuickbooksPro a plus.
? Accounting experience a plus
? Experience with non-profit management and government contracts a plus
? Personal experience with self-help support groups and/or 12 Step groups a plus
