$12-$15 per hour
We have a great opportunity for an customer service and administrative assistant at a financial services firm.
This job is This dynamic individual will be responsible for: answering calls; calling clients and prospects and scheduling and maintaining the calendar for executives, distribute mail, scanning, printing, and collating documents, filing and document retention. both electronic and hard-copy. The assistant will also complete, organize, and maintain client files and paperwork. This person will also update and create documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel, and the CRM system. Will also, help organize and execute events, conference calls, meetings and interact with clients and prospects.

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM system (Client Relationship Management) skills

Degreed; Minimum of 3 years of solid adminisrative experience

Ability to multi-task and reprioritize constantly

Strong organization skills

Detail-oriented

Flexible and a team player and sociable

Must be punctual and dependable

Must be able to problem solve

Able to follow directions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with confidential information

Job Experience:
3-5 Years
