Entry level account customer service representatives are responsible for the following:
? Meeting daily with various consumers to present them with services our Fortune 500 clients can provide.
? Assisting in the daily operation of a start-up company.
? Developing and implementing original training techniques to achieve internal goals.
? Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment.
? Managing external customers' needs.
? Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Initially we train people on the above fundamentals of branding, marketing and sales, but we further train the right candidates for management.
