This position is responsible for: Overseeing store performance, coaching and developing the Store Managers, team building, developing store monthly targets, ensuring inventory requirements are being met, meeting or exceeding company shrink goals, and assisting with store development in the region.
Oversees retail store performance
Develop and execute regional quarterly business strategy and financial plan
Manage all aspects of store inventory to optimize high margin sell-through at all stores
Actively involved and proactive in new store real estate selection
Minimum 3 year's work experience in retail sales management or a combination of knowledge, skills and experience preferred.
MUST currently be involved in teaching or a student of YOGA.
5 years management experience of large or dynamic groups
Business Degree -- preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills
Strong computer skills- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
