Sparkletts, a DS Waters company, is hiring part-time Inbound Inside Sales Representatives in our Pasadena, CA location!

We offer a very competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission!! Top performers may have potential for full time opportunities.

Responsibilities:
? Achieve daily/weekly/monthly close rates.
? Respond to inbound sales calls in support of various direct mail, web and other marketing programs.
? Identify caller's needs and clearly explain the features and benefits of DSW products and services.
? Provide exceptional service as it relates to the customer experience.

Job Requirements:
? Successful sales track record with a passion for sales. Sales experience in a call center environment is preferred.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
? Ability to listen and respond to customers effectively.
? Ability to solve problems.
? Ability to exceed in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
? Demonstrated ability to effectively overcome objections.
? Working knowledge of PC Windows applications.
? Thorough knowledge of Company products and services.
? Available to work 8:00 a.m. -- 5.00 p.m. Monday through Friday during a paid 4-week training.
? Flexible schedule is required upon completion of training.
