Objective- The Sales Trainer will develop and administer?training programs that will?increase sales, improve the customer?and partner experience.? He/she will improve the effectiveness of internal and external sales personnel, as well as?imparts sales and marketing techniques in all customer touch-points, through effective?training programs, classes, techniques, and philosophies that he/she will develop and deliver.?

By networking with all branches of the company (e.g., Compliance, Sales, Servicing, Production, and Operations), he/she will create a seamless training web that is relevant, compliant, and impactful.? Module Examples might include...

?Requirements

EXPERIENCE AS A SUCCESSFUL TOP-RATED FIELD/SALES REPRESENTATIVEExtensive, formal training and/or?study?in Sales, Selling, Marketing and/or Territory ManagementTested success in writing, testing, and delivering training modules that are customized to the work environment and tested to increase and/or improve department-specific deliverables, such as in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Collections.Exceptional people/teaching/training skills specific to evaluating and optimizing learner engagement and retention.Successful and coordinating with all business units to deliver training needs and meet various (sometimes competing) objectives?(e.g., Compliance Requirements, Skills-based Training, Department-Specific procedures, Sales Goals)
