Pick Up Stix is currently hiring shift leaders for our Seal Beach restaurant. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
? Make daily decisions regarding time management and support of team members; uphold company standards, product quality, service, cleanliness standards; must have a sense of urgency.
? Motivate, teach and develop team through leading by example and delivering outstanding guest service;
? Ensure team members deliver high quality food in a highly energetic, enthusiastic yet professional manner.
? Assist management in maximizing the financial success of the store by ensuring productive shifts
? Handle cash and maintain accurate shift accounting. Follow internal cash handling policy accurately.
