Receptionist -- medical assistant must be bilingual fluent English-Spanish speaker needed for day shift employment. You will be #1 receptionist.
We are seeking a special person with an awesome "can-do" personality, good common sense, a quick learner with multi-tasking skills. If you are hired, you will need to meet and determine the patient's method of payment for services. Patients may pay by cash check or credit card. Additionally, patient's present with employer authorization that requires confirmation.
You are responsible to coordinate patient flow by assigning patient's to medical assistants for initial processing. You will be assisted by our lead receptionist who starts at 7:00 am.
You must have:
Prior stable job experience is required.
Additionally, 2 years of prior medical experience. Please no recent grads.
Excellent command of English and Spanish required.
Reliable transportation is required.
