Aaron Brothers Store Managers are responsible for the successful and profitable management of our stores by:
* Building, training and motivating the store team to provide superior customer service and the consistent
execution of all operational functions to company standards, Sales Driven
* Maintaining standards with Merchandize/ Visuals , Training and Developing all Team players.
* Meeting and/or exceeding financial and sales goals established for the store
* Maintaining store profitability through the implementation and execution of the company's Merchandising,
Operations and P&L Management programs
* Proven track record of successful Growth within the Retail industry.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum 2Years retail experience in supervisory or key contributor role

? Demonstrated expertise in selling skills (including modeling best selling behaviors)

? Superior customer service standards to establish and maintain customer shopping experience which exceed expectations

? Knowledge of successful store operating procedures and demonstrated compliance with policies and procedures

? Strong communication skills

? Demonstrated visual merchandising skills

? Demonstrated accuracy for cash-handling, P.O.S. and technical systems (i.e. Frame-Magic)

? High aptitude for financial accountability (i.e. understanding significance of effective scheduling, payroll control, expense control)

? Effective time management practices

? P&L Knowledge
