We are now recruiting Home Healthcare staff for the fastest growing Home Health Agencies in south pacific. We are currently hiring experienced RNs Nurses for admission and recertification, LVN's for skilled nursing visits and CNA Nursing aides as live in or visiting aides.
-Beginners are welcome to apply!!
-Wound Care certification, is a plus.
- RNs will coordinate home care services provided to patients in whom nursing is the primary discipline. Performs initial assessment, develops and implements the plan of care in coordination with the physician, coordinates care with other disciplines, and performs Admissions and discharge planning.
- LVNs will Performs procedures, instructs the patient or family in self-care, assesses and monitors clinical status, administers medications and draws labs.
Requirements:
For all positions travel is required as needed to perform job.
Must have a valid RN or LVN license
Must have a good understanding of regulations for home care.
Must works with all team members and office staff as a patient advocate.
Must be self-directed and ability to work without direct supervision.
Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
