Kelley Wireless is an exclusive partner with T-Mobile and Sprint. We are expanding our Southern California business-to-business sales team and are in search of a stellar Business Development Representative with previous B2B sales experience.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining assigned client relationships within specific territories in CA for T-Mobile & Sprint products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Discovering new opportunities to provide T-Mobile & Sprint Business Solutions
-Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts as assigned
-Responsible for tracking customer contact and location information, forecasts and reports
-Responsible for the development and execution of competitive sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction within the assigned territory
-Engaging with T-Mobile Team Members for ongoing sales training, business goals and objectives pertaining exclusively to the B2B program
-Ensure total compliance with all Company and Carrier processes and procedures
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
-Must be goal orientated
-Must be a self-starter
-Proven superior customer service skills
-Strong follow through with potential and closed clientele
-Proficient in Microsoft applications
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Good with numbers
-Able to provide the highest level of client services
-Ability to self-motivate and multi-task working independently or within a team environment
-Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
