Qualifications:
o 5 years experience supporting multiple projects
o Bachelor's degree preferred
o Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, MS word, project scheduling software, and document control software, and GDS Estimating Software
o Excellent written, verbal, problem solving and decision making skills
o Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects while remaining highly organized. Thriving in a fast paced environment and a positive attitude are absolutely necessary.
o Detail oriented and accuracy is a must
o Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and workload
o Ability to work independently and productively
o Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of work projects
o Excellent phone and people skills
o Punctual and stable attendance an absolute must
