We are looking for an applicant to join our fun and dynamic team! Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor include:

? Oversee the Housekeeping staff in the cleaning of guest rooms, common and public areas as well as exterior areas of the hotel.
? Ensure that safety procedures are being followed by staff and that these safe work practices are being taught as well as follow up occurs as needed.
? Oversee that supplies are up to standard and report to the Exec. Housekeeper when supplies are low. Maintain budget guidelines based on room occupancy and adjust schedules and staffing levels as needed.
? Coordinate with the maintenance staff to ensure that guest rooms, common areas and the hotel meet the standards of the Franchise and company.
? Meet with the Exec. Housekeeper weekly to review concerns and discuss future needs of the staff based on business and projected activity in the hotel. Maintain notes as needed.
? Check in all housekeepers, house persons, public area persons and turndown colleagues. Assign the number of rooms, or areas to be cleaned, issue keys, ensure supplies are adequate based on occupied rooms.
? Call in extra staff to replace sick call or adjust assignments as needed. Respond to Front Desk requests and assign appropriate staff to solve problems or clean rooms.
? Ability to work and cover all positions within department. Ensure that all steps are followed based on each jobs essential duties and responsibilities.
? Check all room check-outs. Check 1-15 rooms thoroughly and spot check the remaining rooms. Check all public spaces both interior and exterior at least once a day including all public restrooms, main lobby, corridors, closets and trash areas.
? Inform the Exec. Housekeeper on potential inventory shortages in a timely manner. Monitor and check all deliveries including laundry and other supplies to ensure that the invoice matches the material received.
? Fulfills the duties of the Executive Housekeeper in their absence.
