Inside Sales, Full time Mon-Fri (Van Nuys)

If you have experience making many calls per day and like to talk with people, then join a winning team. Monday to Friday work schedule. No cold calling! (We have over 3000 hot leads a month). This is an excellent opportunity with a rapidly growing company for the right individual.

We work with clients on the East coast, so we need an early bird and you must have the ability to make/receive over 100 calls a day while answering emails.

* Introduce and sell membership packages to registered members
* Make Outbound Calls
* Receive Inbound Calls
* Communicate via Email
* Set up/manage new accounts via web interface
* Maintain a positive attitude

* Sales experience is a must.
* Excellent phone skills with ability to promote service to clients.
* Business Savvy: make decisions that are good for both the customer and the business.
* Computer/Internet literate
* Strong work ethic
* Must be extremely organized and self-motivated to address clients' needs.
* Enthusiastic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls; ability to work in fast paced environment.
* Type 35 WPM minimum.
