Leading company in Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional Office Assistant. This will be a great opportunity to further your career, as well as to build the skills and track record that every Administrative professional needs!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the efforts on the following:
- In charge of Calendar Planning/Review in order to verify appropriate contact information is on calendar (phone numbers, location, etc.) and act as gatekeeper for Supervisor
- Responsible for putting together traveling arrangements for the Supervisor often in partnership with other individuals, arrangements as necessary for team, materials prepared for store visits
- In charge of planning and coordinating meetings including; travel, location, materials, meeting room, meals, etc.
- Responsible for budget Tracking on behalf of the HR Excellence Team in matters such as: Review of P&L, resolving conflicts/recoding issues and highlighting opportunities
- Maintains confidential and sensitive information and files including performance appraisals, severance, policy, and personnel files
- Coordinates team celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, team events and new hire welcome, in order to promote company culture and boost morale
- Will Provide assistance beyond clerical duties to teams as needed

Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge in Customer Service, Excel, Word, Outlook is required
* Excellent leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Detail oriented, with the upmost discipline to meet deadlines
* Highly driven and able to learn quickly
* Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study
