Brad's Raw Foods is looking for an individual to assume the role of New Product Development for raw snack products. This individual will be helping to improve current product recipes as well as develop new products for the company. This position is full-time and located in Pipersville, PA.

Responsibilities --
- Work with and understand existing recipes in order to start experimenting with new variations
- R&D of other marketplace products
- Innovate new snack ideas and recipes for mass market testing
- Document all recipes including ingredients and measurements
- Test products within test groups, gather recipe feedback, and implement changes
- Manage all aspects of recipe development from test scale to production scale
- Work with mass production when new recipe is introduced to help implement new ingredients/products
- Follow strict guidelines for quality, time, ingredients & production
- Work directly with CEO and other staff, take critiques and implement improvements

Qualifications --
- Raw Chef Certifications
- Experience in snack development
- Preferred experience in developing recipes that will be manufactured on a large scale
- Desire to grow with a fast paced raw food company
- Ability to self manage and manage own recipe development
- Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
