Meticulous Administrative Assistant (Topanga)

I need to find someone who wants to support a Topanga non-profit. We need an average of 5 hours per week as the administrative assistant to our board. There are two meetings to attend: 1) every other month there is a board meeting, 2) once a quarter there is a coalition meeting. These are both in Topanga on weekends and/or weekday evenings. In between those meetings, once you get the hang of the job, all of your work can be from home. The non-profit is a small but dynamic group. The board is fabulous but will require excellence.

The candidate must be:

1. honest, reliable, loyal, discreet and confidential
2. upbeat, easy-going, drama free and very computer savvy
3. meticulously organized both when organizing agendas and typing meeting minutes
4. able to listen, comprehend, type and multitask during meetings
5. comfortable being the follow through person for 5-10 board members
6. willing and able to do whatever it takes to support the board as an admin assistant

In addition to admin work, we might need help with social networking, website updating, fundraising, etc.
