Dynamic Entrepreneur needs a sophisticated Personal/Executive Assistant to handle a diverse range of responsibilities. In this role you will be responsible for administrative support in the corporate office and household management at the executive's West Los Angeles home.

Candidate must have at least 5 years of Personal/Executive Assistant experience, be organized, hard working and flexible to work additional hours when necessary. Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities.

Exceptional computer skills (PC and Mac), the ability to manage a busy calendar and interface with high profile clientele are also essential. Candidates will compile reports, answer calls, run errands and work with social media outlets.

A valid driver's license and the ability to pass criminal, credit and DMV background checks are required. Some overtime is required.
