Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in residential and commercial design.
- Must be able to clearly demonstrate strong capabilities in handling and overseeing a project from initial concept through to completion.
- Exemplary organizational skills and a personable demeanor are essential.
- Must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in construction drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of codes, materials, furniture, finishes and specifications.
- Experience budgeting projects, bid coordination, purchasing, expediting, and working with vendors are all necessary.
- Exhibit strong project management skills, be able to multi-task and display a proven proactive approach.
- Proficient CAD knowledge and strong computer skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Sketch-Up and Studio Designer are a plus.
Salary, Sick Time, Vacation Time and a Bonus Program are included with the position.
