Property Manager (Hollywood)

Building is 112 units in the heart of HOLLYWOOD. Avg Rents are high and all tenants expect a certain amount of quality service with their rent.

Responsibilities include all aspects of property management from budgets to rent collection to invoice processing to vendor monitoring to concierge service. Ability to manage time, delegate responsibilities to an assistant / leasing agent, and maintain a patient and cheery disposition with a needy clientele a must. You are required to live on site and be open and available for after hours emergency response.

At least 1 year experience as a property manager in a comparable community required. Knowledge of Yardi and Excel essential. Having worked with professional budgets very helpful. Accounting experience a bonus. This is NOT a position you can learn on the go - The right attitude and the right work ethic will only get you so far in the first year... so please understand - only qualified applicants can be considered.
