We're seeking an energetic, experienced and career-minded Senior Executive Assistant to join our firm to provide support directly to the President. Primarily this is with focus on managing complex, ever-changing executive calendars, processing expense reports, internal documents and other records, coordinating heavy domestic and international travel plans, and arranging key social and professional events. This requires managing an array of executive assistant duties and responsibilities associated with this position, including managing phones, mail, supporting key executive duties, and completing projects and assignments on time.

In addition to management responsibilities directly with the President, the organization is ideally looking for a strong right hand that can also provide logistics support on key project efforts with deployment of staff. This includes scheduling, travel, lodging and other aspects.
Must be flexible working regular office hours and occasional nights and weekends as needed, plus go above and beyond what's expected to ensure smooth management of projects and the organization. This requires keen decision-making skills, strong communication (verbal/written) skills, ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and work professionally with discretion. Also, a keen mind with ability to negotiate and potentially haggle with regards to costs and group discounts. Time management, organization and priority-driven initiative are required.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years' experience in a similar capacity with a strong desire to thrive in a long-term senior administrative role. Prior experience within environmental, natural resources or in a related industry would be a plus to consideration. Must be a resourceful team player able to get things done in an environment dominated by high expectations. Requires excellent MS Office Suite knowledge/skills and be detailed-oriented.
