Bartenders must have at least 2 years dedicated bar (non-restaurant) experience:
- Broad knowledge of California craft beers and classic cocktails
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Ability to remain organized, clean and professional under pressure
- Ownership of workstation and overall bar presentation and cleanliness
- Friendly and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills
- Wide variety of personal and popular interests
