[1] Lead/Senior Technicians
[2] Entry Level Technicians

[1] Requirements for the Lead/Senior Tech /Programmer (some are a must others are preferred):
- Remote Control Programming (Crestron, URC, RTI, Savant....)
- Networks knowledge (LAN, WiFi)
- Communication knowledge (RS232, IR, RF, IP)
- Computer knowledge (applications, tools and development)
- Current hi-end Audio / Video equipment setup and calibration
- Alarm systems installation & programming
- Camera System installation & programming (including network setup)
- Lighting systems familiarity (Lutron)
- Signal flow and data distribution (HDMI matrixes, extenders, . . .)
- Intercom and Telephone systems setup & programming
- Electrical 110V knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact with high end clients
- Ability to communicate (written and verbally) with team members
- Capable of filling in any knowledge gaps quickly through independent study.
- Organized, work with project documentation, system testing, troubleshooting
- Rack building, pre-wiring retrofit & new construction
- Great trouble shooting skills and ability to solve issues
- Have a laptop with access to the Internet
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Reliable and self motivated person
- Able to pass a drug test, background check and provide employment reference

[2] Requirements for the Entry Level Tech:
- Pre-wiring retrofit & new construction
- Trim/Finish Installation: Cat6, RG-6, jacks, face plates and labeling
- Ability to interact with high end clients
- Have a laptop with access to the Internet
- Ability to communicate (written and verbally) with team members
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Reliable and self motivated person
- Able to pass a drug test, background check and provide employment reference
