Responsibilities:
? Establish relationships with clients and senior executives from various industries
? Oversee heavy scheduling and calendar management
? Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including arranging itineraries and point-to-point transportation
? Collaborate with executives on business analytics
? Compose, edit and proofread documents and correspondence
? Liaise with various departments to streamline projects and operations
? Take charge of additional assignments as needed
Qualifications:
? Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive
? Flexible to work overtime as needed
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail
? Strong project management skills and an outgoing, take-charge personality
? Demonstrates a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
? A customer service-oriented mindset and the desire to develop new business relationships
? 4-year college degree required
? Computer-savvy with strong researching skills and advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
