We are a digital encoding house looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person for our account management team. We work with a number of studio and independent clients, and each require a specific level of care and attention. We need someone who is a team player with a "no task too small" attitude. Responsibilities include:

- Receive and accurately log incoming tapes, assets and drives before they are put into circulation within the facility.
- Scheduling for existing and incoming new clients.
- Learning the overall workflow of our business and extending the already top-notch management/servicing of clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding any missing elements needed to move forward with orders as well as relay issues with any inadequate master sources.
- Track progress of orders and keep clients up to date on their titles. This involves meticulous reporting for each outstanding order, following content mastering and delivery until completion.
- Report daily to management and clients regarding progress and availability of finished product and delivery.
- Work closely with each department internally to ensure they have everything they need to get the work done.

This would be a salaried position. Starting salary would be $32,500, with benefits. This person would be required to be in the office no later than 8:00 AM Monday - Friday.

DESCRIPTION:

The UNIX Systems Engineer will work closely with our web producers and software developers to help develop and support our online environments. This is also supporting the DAISY (Digital Asset Management System) and broadcast production systems. Develop scripts and tools to improve administration and support of UNIX-based systems Maintain documentation of systems architecture, troubleshooting and support guidelines Build deployment processes, environment roadmaps, and systems design Perform systems administration/engineering, security hardening, performance/availability/capacity modeling and management, monitoring design and refinement, as well as researching solutions to existing problems and coming up with new ideas/scripts for automation
