Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking Admin-Manager.
Candidate must have experience in Ambulatory Surgical Center, strong management skills, customer service skills, be reliable, diligent, punctual, organized and very detail-oriented.

Minimum Requirements:
? Master's Degree
? 3 years of Management Experience
? Excellent HR knowledge
? Extensive knowledge in accreditation and compliance with: Joint Commission and AAAASF
? Strong organizational skills
? Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records,
follow instructions, and comply with company and government policies

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who is able to handle fast pace environment, be a team leader and patient friendly.
Given the level of training and experience required in this position, the employee will be expected to work and make decisions independently.
